1. What BidNow does

BidNow allows customers to create job requests or listings and professionals to respond, communicate, and offer their services.

BidNow is not the employer, contractor, seller, buyer, or representative of any customer, professional, or user.

Any agreement for a job, service, listing, product, price, delivery, or payment is made directly between the users.

2. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

You must not use another person’s account or create fake accounts.

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform or violate these terms.

3. Customers and users

Customers and users are responsible for describing their request, job, or listing clearly and honestly.

Users decide who to contact, accept, hire, buy from, or sell to.

Users are responsible for checking the other party, agreeing on price, time, work details, delivery, and payment before any agreement starts.

4. Professionals

Professionals are responsible for providing accurate profile information, skills, prices, availability, and communication.

Professionals must complete work in a professional and lawful way.

Professionals are responsible for any licenses, permits, insurance, or legal obligations required for their work.

5. Jobs, offers, listings, and payments

BidNow may allow users to post jobs, listings, send offers, accept offers, chat, and review completed work or transactions.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, payments and final agreements are handled directly between users.

BidNow is not responsible for disputes about price, payment, quality of work, delays, damages, cancellations, products, services, or agreements between users.

6. Reviews and messages

Users must communicate respectfully.

Reviews must be honest and based on real experience.

We may remove messages, reviews, listings, or content that is abusive, fake, illegal, misleading, or harmful.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use BidNow to:

• post fake or misleading information
• harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• share illegal content
• spam users
• attempt fraud or scams
• bypass the platform in a harmful or abusive way
• attempt to hack, damage, or overload the service
• use the platform for illegal activity

8. Platform availability

We try to keep BidNow available and working properly.

However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may update, change, suspend, or remove parts of the service at any time.

9. Liability

BidNow provides the platform “as is”.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BidNow is not responsible for damages, losses, disputes, accidents, injuries, poor workmanship, payment issues, product issues, delivery issues, or any other problem caused by users or third parties.

10. Account suspension

We may suspend or delete an account if the user violates these terms, abuses the platform, creates risk for other users, or uses the service illegally.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may notify users through the platform or by email.

By continuing to use BidNow after changes, you accept the updated terms.
